CDC delivered the exterior EIFS works with close control of substrate preparation, system build-up, finish and interface details.
Specialised GRCC elements were coordinated and executed to achieve the required façade geometry, durability and finish quality.
The project was executed by Collage Decoration Company, Collage’s Saudi branch, for Tiejun Construction under Red Sea Global.
The work adds current delivery experience within the Red Sea Global portfolio and the wider PIF development ecosystem.
DUCC at the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia was completed in January 2025 by Collage Decoration Company, the Saudi branch of Collage. The specialised construction scope included exterior façade EIFS works and GRCC works for Tiejun Construction under Red Sea Global, requiring precise coordination, quality control and disciplined site delivery.
